The "2 NABICHI" retail network announces a vacancy for the position of IT Support Junior Specialist in Samegrelo.

Work schedule: 5 days a week

Key functions: - Ensuring the installation of the internal network of the head office, retail outlets, and warehouse; - Installation, configuration, and ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment for users; - Installation, software configuration, and monitoring of computer and peripheral equipment in retail outlets; - Elimination of IT problems arising in retail outlets within the scope of competence, and telephone consultation if necessary; - Upgrading computer equipment and/or performing repair work if necessary; - Ensuring internet-related issues in retail outlets. - Installation of physical network of internal radio systems in retail outlets; - Servicing installed/damaged equipment on-site or logistics to the service center;

Qualification requirements: - Professional education and/or at least 6 months of experience in a technical field or a similar field; - Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, or 10; - PC Testing tools; - Microsoft Office - Category B driver's license;
