Junior Construction Supervisor

We are looking for: energetic, motivated and hardworking team members for the position of Junior Construction Supervisor at the construction company "Adli".

Main functions - responsibilities:

• Participation in the process of planning, managing and controlling construction at the facility;
• Participation in the quality control of current and completed works;
• Study / reading of plans, drawings and projects of works to be performed;
• Study of acts and form 2 required for the implementation of construction works;
• Participation in the process of writing down the necessary measures for all important phases of the project and setting / fulfilling the deadlines for their implementation;
• Participation in the process of planning and controlling the daily activities of contractors, subcontractors and working personnel at construction sites;
• Participation in the control of safety techniques at construction sites and protection, and control of the activities of the person responsible for protection, safety engineer;
• Summarizing the works to be performed in stages at construction sites and reporting to the direct supervisor;
• Preparation and submission of reports on the work performed by the workers and the demands of wages to be paid to the direct supervisor;
• Participation in solving unforeseen technical problems;
• Participation in the detailed measurement of the construction site, involvement in determining the real volume of various works performed and to be performed;
• Ordering and controlling the receipt of materials and services to be purchased based on the monthly plan - schedule.

Requirements:

** Higher education in construction (candidates in the final year of bachelor's studies will also be considered)

** Ability to read construction drawings;

** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD;

** At least minimal experience in the construction sector (internship experience will also be considered)

Personal skills:

** Organizational skills and high sense of responsibility;

** Attention to detail and accuracy in work processes;

** Ability to assign tasks and manage construction processes with a focus on quality;

** Ability to assign and control task performance;

** Willingness to learn and develop;

** Teamwork and individual work skills.
