Job Description As an RB Banker: - Discover and attract new customers - Analyze incoming applications and assess risks - Evaluate the customer's financial situation - Process loans in the self-employed segment. - Prepare credit files and present them to the credit committee - Monitor the credit portfolio

Qualifications - At least 6 months of experience working with mini or micro loans - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - English and Russian language skills - Experience as an expert or in sales is required
