Sales Manager/Real Estate Agent

"Sakura Properties", a premium real estate brokerage company in Tbilisi, is looking for a Sales Manager in the real estate sector.

Main responsibilities:

Making daily calls to real estate owners, taking and processing properties Communicating with individuals interested in purchasing properties Uploading information about properties to various social media pages and the company's website Conducting negotiations in the process of selling properties, at all stages of the sale Processing leads and bringing them to successful sales Preparing all necessary documents for closing deals (with the help of the company's lawyer) Recording clients in the database/CRM Maintaining high-quality service in customer service

We are looking for you if:

You have 1-2 years of experience in sales (preference will be given to experience working in B2B) Your life's calling is to help people You love communication and are filled with energy You are responsible and love order in everything You love life and are happy every day (this is an important criterion) Closing deals gives you great pleasure You are looking for an interesting job where you will be the person who is the main advisor to clients You speak English (Russian will also be considered an advantage) You are proficient in office programs - Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail

Personal skills:

Communicability and reliable, confident speech Presentability, the ability to make an impression Self-organization and attention to detail Proactivity: a person who easily finds a way out in difficult situations Teamwork skills

Salary: 700 GEL (NET) + 30%/40% (from 4000 GEL to 10,000 GEL per month) Work schedule: 11:00-19:00 Working days: Monday-Friday Location: near the Medical University metro station
