Warehouse Operator

The VESTEL team is looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator.

Work location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli

Main responsibilities:

• Arrive at the branch at least 5 minutes before the start of work;
• Wear company uniform in an orderly manner;
• Prepare and send daily reports by 10:00 AM;
• Sign off shipments in the program and perform corresponding operations;
• Manage dealer and online sales, product transfers between stores, and retail sales operations;
• Record incoming and outgoing products in Excel tables;
• Participate in warehouse inventories and compare actual stock with program stock;
• Process information received via email and forward it to relevant recipients;
• Communicate effectively with customers and assist in problem-solving;
• Collaborate effectively with branches, dealer sales representatives, and the accounting department;
• Constantly verify product information;
• Adhere to company internal regulations and confidentiality.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse operator;
• Experience in client relations and customer service;
• Experience working with RS.ge;
• Experience working with Infinaty software;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
