"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Medical Case Operator in Zugdidi.

Work location: Zugdidi, Gamsakhurdia st. №206 Work schedule: 24-hour shifts;

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Register medical cases in the billing program according to established rules;

• Scan and attach necessary documentation and contracts to the client's profile in the program;

• Reflect the patient's movement in the program based on the patient's movement sheet, which is received from the nurse of the same department;

• Participate in the process of patient discharge, receiving medical documentation from nurses;

• In case of termination of treatment by the patient, leave a notification with a private insurance company or reflect it on the portal;

• Check the correctness and completeness of medical documentation;

• Update information on the portal based on the patient's movement sheet;

• Reflect information on outpatient services provided within the framework of capitation, by beneficiaries;

• Ensure closure of cases on the portal;

• Find all necessary documentation for execution and provide it to the direct supervisor;

• In case of a patient registered as unknown, find the missing document from the patient/guardian;

• Coordinate the movement of medical cards, documentation, and periodic archiving;

• Leave a notification with a private insurance company according to established rules and fix the information in the program;

• Generate statistical forms (025-066), produce reports on the medical portal according to the requirements of the medical programs implemented in the clinic;

Job requirements:

• Higher education;

• At least 1 year of work experience in administration/document production;

• Experience working in a medical institution is desirable;

• Knowledge of office programs at the user level (especially MS Excel);

1. 4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the presence of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. The Candidate's data may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), term, working conditions, and the employee's legal status during the pre-contractual period.

6.
