Main functions and responsibilities:
- To develop specific solutions (solution) and prepare the project in the direction of Plumbing (water, sewerage, fire extinguishing, drainage systems) in both Georgian and English;
- To analyze the architectural drawings received from the client;
- To participate in preparing product offers when interacting with potential clients, to support the sales team in a technical direction;
- To compile a design drawing of Plumbing (water, sewerage, fire extinguishing, drainage) systems, to select technical devices, to prepare a complete list of components and determine the estimated budget of the project;
- To study the object together with a team of engineer-installers to prepare a solution if necessary;
- To make changes to the project and control the progress of the project;
- To design, adjust and configure systems on site;
- To study the characteristics and functions of products from different manufacturers used in Plumbing (water, sewerage, fire extinguishing, drainage) systems and constantly update knowledge about new products;
- To study and analyze the MEP market;
- To inform the manager about implemented, current and planned events;
- To perform other tasks of the manager within the competence.
Professional skills / requirements:
- Knowledge of labor safety standards is required;
- It is desirable to have relevant certificates, if any, to present them;
- Knowledge of office programs and relevant engineering computer programs is required.
Languages:
- Knowledge of English (B2 level) is required, knowledge of Russian is desirable;
- Work experience
- At least 2 years of work experience in this direction is required.
