Company Fibrobet announces a vacancy for the position of Master of Production

We produce facade, interior and exterior tiles, stairs, furniture, planters, sinks, engineering and communication products, and more made of fiber-reinforced concrete (fibrobeton).

What we offer:

• Salary: from 70 to 130 lari per day (depending on qualifications).

• Internship and salary review in the first week: work experience is not required - the initial minimum salary is 70 lari per day. However, within the first 1 week (probation period), your skills will be assessed. If it appears that you are not just an assistant worker and can work with machines, have welding (spark) or other technical tools, you will be immediately assigned the status of a master of the corresponding category and your salary will be determined accordingly from the first month!

• Training and career growth: the company has a monthly certification system. In proportion to the acquired qualifications, your remuneration will constantly increase.

• Individual selection of working conditions for each candidate.
