Marketing Department Assistant

Company "G-T Motors" - the official representative and global importer of the automotive brands Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Suzuki, BMW/Mini and BMW Motorrad in Georgia - is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Department Assistant.

Work location: Tbilisi, D. Archaghebeli Avenue #155 Employment rate: Full-time Work schedule: Monday-Friday - 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00

Position purpose To provide operational, administrative and coordination support to the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing projects and activities of all company brands.

Key responsibilities - Support communication with various departments of the company and coordination of marketing-related issues; - Assist in performing daily operational and administrative tasks of the marketing team; - Support current marketing projects and activities of all company brands; - Assist in daily communication with suppliers and partners and coordination of current work; - Support administrative processes related to contracts, purchases and other relevant documentation; - Translate, edit and adapt texts for websites if necessary (from Georgian to English and from English to Georgian). - Collect, organize and systematize marketing materials and photo-video resources; - Provide organizational and logistical support for events, photo shoots and other marketing activities; - Assist in monitoring deadlines and performance status of current tasks.

Qualification requirements - At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration; - Experience working or interning in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Ability to work on several tasks in parallel and prioritize correctly; - Effective written and verbal communication skills; - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
