About the position:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the field of private law for the position of Head Lawyer.

Work location: Mtskheta, Saguramo Type of employment: Full-time

Job description:

• Full legal support of the company's activities;
• Legal expertise of contracts (including international contracts) and other legal documents prepared by the legal team;
• Participation in relevant negotiations with the company's suppliers, buyers, distributors, and other international partners and provision of legal support;
• Provision of relevant legal consultations to the company's structural units;
• Legal support of the company's management on corporate issues, including the preparation of relevant corporate documents, legal expertise, and control of their execution;
• Provision of consultations to the company's management on the legal consequences of business strategies and initiatives;
• Management of the company's court and enforcement proceedings and representation in court;
• Protection of the company's interests before any administrative body;
• Coordinated work with external legal, tax, or other consultants if necessary.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher legal education, as well as a master's degree in private law;
• At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer in the field of private law;
• Experience working on legal documents in English and Russian;
• In-depth knowledge of private and administrative law;
• Membership in the Georgian Bar Association.
