We're growing! Due to our significant growth, we're looking for Customer Service Representatives - Telecommunications (m/w) with German language skills to help us create customer experiences for some of the largest and most well-known brands.

If: - You speak fluent German and are interested in telephone sales and consulting - You are an open-minded person - You have good communication skills - You have a task-oriented approach to problem-solving and it's no problem for you - You also want to earn high sales commissions

Tasks and Responsibilities: - Telephone handling of fault cases in the Fixed Network, Internet, TV in German - Diagnosing user requests and fault reports using various systems - Ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely processing of incoming orders - Troubleshooting in the Internet, VoIP, and IPTV areas and resulting case management - Managing your own pending customer cases, regular updates to customers on the status - Promoting the further development of existing business and system processes - Understanding customer needs to find solutions for non-routine tasks and requests - Supporting the improvement of product stability and support processes - Generating added value for our customers with sales of additional products - Adhering to KPIs in the benchmark

Requirements: - Experience in customer service - Technical affinity - High customer orientation and above-average engagement - Very good PC user skills
