The company "ILARIA" is looking for a Branch Manager for a partner company.

Work format: full-time, onsite Work schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours; Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 Remuneration: 2000 - 2500 GEL + bonus

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and result-oriented Branch Manager who will ensure the effective functioning of the trading object, fulfillment of sales goals, and protection of high-quality service standards.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Store operational management

Organize and control the daily activities of the store; Ensure the fulfillment of the sales plan; Effective management of trading space and control of correct product placement; Manage inventory, orders, and coordination with the warehouse.

Sales and service

Ensure a high standard of customer service; Monitor sales indicators and work on improvement; Analyze customer feedback and respond accordingly.

Team management

Organize the work process of store employees; Assess, motivate, and develop employees; Control labor discipline and compliance with company standards.

Requirements and necessary skills:

At least 2-3 years of experience in the retail sector, including managerial positions; Knowledge of sales and customer service processes; Experience in managing inventory and warehouse operations; Strong organizational and communication skills; High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills; Knowledge of office programs.
