LLC "Skytel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Installer.

Job location - Tbilisi Subordination - Coordinator Work schedule - Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Probation period - 6 months (paid)

Additional requirements: Driver's license - Category B.

Function - Responsibilities:

• Installation of radio, optical internet, and IPTV services;
• Analysis and elimination of problem causes, within the scope of competence, when installing internet and IPTV products and/or identifying technical issues;
• Scheduling a visit with the customer and planning the work route based on the task received from the coordinator;
• Correcting tasks in the software database, managing the execution status;
• Accurate write-off of consumables and transfer to the customer programmatically;
• Control of inventory and consumable stock;
• Familiarization with company news, in-depth study of existing and new products;
• Participation in the orientation program and training of new employees, if necessary;
• Performance of other tasks assigned by the supervisor, within the scope of competence.

Responsibilities:

• Customer and service-oriented approach;
• High-quality, timely, and professional performance of assigned tasks;
• Adherence to company rules and procedures;
• Maintenance and storage of temporarily transferred material and technical means.

Qualification requirements:

• Education - preferably higher/professional-technical education in information technology and/or telecommunications;
• Work experience - preferably experience working in a similar position
• Knowledge - fluent command of the Georgian language,
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and computer Excel.

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work with maps, orientation in location;
• Communicative;
• Detail-oriented;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills (within the scope of competence);
• Time management skills.
