Resident Care Manager

Company "Archi" is a leading development company in Georgia, established in 2006. We have successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Resident Care Manager in "Archi" and their main functions will be:

** To ensure residents' satisfaction, loyalty, and positive customer experience;

** To ensure effective communication with residents, planning, organizing, and conducting individual and group meetings;

** To collect feedback, identify their needs and expectations, and initiate relevant improvements;

** To inform residents about planned, ongoing, and completed works and other important news;

** To receive, record, and respond appropriately and timely to phone calls, written appeals, and other types of notifications from residents;

** To constantly update information about residents, reflect changes in the database in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy of information;

** To plan, organize, and manage various events for residents;

** To manage electronic communication platforms of the neighborhood;

** To coordinate maintenance services of the residential complex and manage daily operational processes;

** To monitor payments related to maintenance services, prepare relevant reports, and communicate with residents if necessary;

** To conduct visits to objects in the portfolio.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** English language proficiency at a communicative level is required;

** At least 1-year experience in the service sector is required;

** Knowledge of Microsoft Office at a user level is desirable.
