Functions and Responsibilities: - Development of HR policy, procedures, and internal standards, defining HR policy/strategy; - Full management of the employee selection/hiring process; - Management of the company's personnel documentation - preparation, updating, and familiarization of employees with orders, labor and service contracts, job instructions/descriptions, and other internal documents; - Management of labor relations issues in accordance with current legislation - Participation in the creation of the organizational structure, periodic updating of the existing structure; - Identification of employees' development needs and organization of relevant training and development programs - Implementation of a continuous employee training system; - Care for internal organizational culture; - Preparation/update of internal standards; - Development/implementation and execution of employee evaluation systems and bonus systems; - Creation/implementation of employee motivation systems; - Planning and organization of various activities to encourage employees; - Management and development of the HR department; - Management and control of the Payroll process; - Production and familiarization of employees with working hours records (table); - Management of the employee insurance process. - Preparation of HR reports and relevant analytical information for the company's management.
