Main responsibilities - Preparation of hotline dishes in full compliance with recipes and standards - Constant control of product quality and cleanliness during the work process - Ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen inventory and workspace - Effective communication and collaboration with team members to fulfill orders on time - Control of warehouse balances and initiative to replenish supplies if necessary - Compliance with food safety and hygiene norms according to HACCP standards - Active participation in the process of updating the restaurant menu and offering new ideas

Qualification requirements and skills - At least 6 months of experience working in a kitchen (preferably in the hotline direction) - Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene - Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment - High sense of responsibility and attention to detail - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
