The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Residential Complex Manager.

Function-responsibilities:

Communication with complex residents, timely response to their problems; Constant monitoring of the cleanliness of common areas; Management of problematic situations; Finding solutions in case of technical problems; Constant monitoring of the work performed by subordinate employees;

Qualification requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar field is required; Team management experience is desirable; Knowledge of English at a communicative level is required.

Working conditions:

Schedule - from 10:00 to 18:00; Salary - 3000 GEL; Workplace - Bakuriani (accommodation will be provided).
