Plumbing Engineer

Company "UGT" announces a vacancy for the position of Plumbing Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of specific solutions and preparation of projects in the Plumbing (water, sewage, fire extinguishing, drainage systems) direction, both in Georgian and English;
• Analysis of architectural drawings received from the client;
• Participation in preparing product offers for potential clients, support for the sales team in technical matters;
• Compilation of design drawings for Plumbing (water, sewage, fire extinguishing, drainage) systems, selection of technical devices, preparation of a complete list of components, and determination of the estimated project budget;
• Studying the object to prepare solutions, if necessary, together with a team of engineer-installers;
• Making changes to the project and controlling its progress;
• Designing, setting up, and configuring systems on-site;
• Studying the characteristics and functions of products from various manufacturers used in Plumbing (water, sewage, fire extinguishing, drainage) systems and constantly updating knowledge about new products;
• Study and analysis of the MEP market;
• Informing the supervisor about implemented, current, and planned activities;
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of competence.

Professional Skills/Requirements:

• Knowledge of labor safety standards is required;
• Desirable to have relevant certificates, if any, to present them;
• Knowledge of office programs and relevant engineering computer programs is required.

Languages:

• English language proficiency (B2 level) is required; knowledge of Russian is desirable;

Work Experience

• At least 2 years of work experience in the specified direction is required.
