Job description You, as a Personal Banker: - Will be involved in the process of attracting new clients; - Will increase the consumption of products by clients in the portfolio; - Will consult clients in the portfolio on any product of the bank; - Will provide concept clients with information about new bank products and other news; - Will create a complete information profile for clients in the portfolio and constantly update the information database; - Will increase client satisfaction and loyalty in the portfolio; - Will solve problems that arise during the service process of concept clients; - Will fulfill the established sales plan.

Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience working in bank branches, in an advisor position; - Experience in the credit direction; - Knowledge of Russian and English; - Experience in using sales skills, conducting presentations. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
