We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of products and provide technical services to customers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Primary diagnosis and identification of faults in digital technology;
- Software installation, updates, and configuration of products;
- Consulting customers on technical issues related to the company's services;
- Ensuring the smooth operation and monitoring of the internal technical infrastructure of the branch;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, arising from the position's goals and the company's interests;
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in Computer Engineering/Computer Science (final-year students are also considered);
- Practical experience in a similar position;
