LLC "EMTECHNICS" announces a vacancy for the position of "Warehouse Operator-Dispatcher"

Function-responsibilities: - Work in the 1C distribution program (specifically: activation of invoices for goods sold from the warehouse, correction and completion if necessary); - Receiving returned goods and activating/completing invoices; - Activation/completion/correction of internal shipment invoices for goods transferred from the warehouse to other objects. - Providing the accounting coordinator with purchase documents for received goods, and informing the authorized person of the purchasing department in writing if there is no corresponding balance; - Storage and archiving of signed acceptance-transfer acts and invoices for sold products; - Filling out guarantee coupons for sold products from the warehouse, and transferring them to the driver and buyer; - Immediate notification of the sales department/monitoring operator in case of changes in the planned delivery deadline for sold products. - Removal-planning-redistribution of addresses together with the accounting coordinator; - Providing software balances to the warehouse manager; - Assisting the warehouse manager and accounting coordinator in the program part in case of shortages or surpluses; - Printing and providing delivery reports made by drivers once a month to the warehouse manager and financial department; - Performing additional tasks if necessary.

Remuneration: - Fixed salary 1500 GEL - Daily meal allowance of 7 GEL.

Work schedule: - 5 working days a week from 10 am to 6 pm. - Short working day on Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. - Overtime work is paid if applicable.

Workplace: Giganti settlement, village of Krdzanisi. Transportation from Samgori.
