Guest Service Agent duties and responsibilities:

Greet guests and allocate them to rooms Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries Timely resolution of guest complaints Make payments and ensure accuracy of guest information Provide information on local attractions Ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Candidates with any experience in the hotel industry, in a guest service role, will be considered English language proficiency is mandatory, proficiency in other languages will be considered an advantage Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Opera Cloud will be considered an advantage
