Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a team member at the construction company "Adli" for the position of Construction Project Manager.

Main function - responsibilities:

To lead the process of planning, execution and completion of the construction project; Development, updating and implementation of the project execution plan and procedures; Participation in the process of selecting candidates for a specific project; Managing the team, developing and implementing the project budget, work scope and work schedule, as well as ensuring that all planned activities are carried out within the established calendar schedule; Review of the work performed by designers (architects, engineers, etc.); In case of a desire to make changes to the project, a detailed discussion with the parties involved in the project, justification, confirmation of changes and taking appropriate measures; Accelerating specific works in case of project delays; Description of the necessary activities for all important phases of the project, setting deadlines for their implementation; Supervision of the construction project and, if necessary, making appropriate technical decisions; Effective communication with contractors for the execution of the design phase; Strict adherence to the agreed budget; Production of all special documentation related to the project / control of the correctness of the documentation produced by the subordinate person; (form # 2; hidden acts; warehouse balances; geodetic acts; any construction documentation) Managing the process of project acceptance - handover; Preparation of various types of reports;

Main requirements, personal competencies / skills:

** Higher education in Construction/Engineering field; (mandatory)

** At least 5 years of experience in construction, including at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager; (candidates with experience in high-rise building construction will be given a significant advantage)

** Proficiency in programs at a user level; (Microsoft Suite, Archicad, Autocad)

** Knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Russian);

** Ability to manage a team;

** Knowledge and ability to manage projects;

** Ability to read and analyze construction documentation;

** Good verbal and written communication skills;

** Ability to plan, organize, and monitor work;

** Ability to effectively solve problems;

** Logical and analytical thinking skills;

** Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;

** Attention to detail;

** Ability to work in a team and be collegial;
