Branch Manager Assistant

Company "Jibe Cash & Carry" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager Assistant at its Nutsubidze branch.

Branch: Tbilisi, P. Datuashvili N7

Working hours: 10:00-18:00 (6 days a week)

Remuneration: 1700 GEL (1500-1600 during the probationary period)

Function-Responsibilities:

** Constant monitoring of temperature and sanitary-hygienic norms in refrigerated containers and refrigerators in the hall, timely informing the store manager in case of technical malfunctions;

** Full control of the process of receiving products in the store: counting products, comparing invoices, and responding accordingly in case of malfunctions (store management procedure);

** Monitoring product expiration dates and providing relevant information to the store warehouse manager;

** Timely replenishment of refrigerators in the trading hall with relevant products;

** Participation in the process of ordering refrigerated products;

** Control of product expiration dates, timely informing relevant suppliers and category managers;

** Control of "red balances"; (definition of "red balances" is provided in the document "Store Management Procedure")

** Conducting inventory of commodity stocks in the store with established periodicity. Communication with employees of relevant departments to analyze inventory results;

** Control of commodity stocks in refrigerated containers with established periodicity, conducting inventory of commodity stocks according to the relevant procedure;

** Partial performance of the warehouse manager's functions in their absence, in agreement with the store manager.

Qualification Requirements:

** Experience working in a managerial position in a network store of food and household type is required;

** Knowledge of the assortment of primary consumer products is required;

** Knowledge of the Apex program will be considered an advantage.
