Salary: From 1800 GEL (paid in hand)

The company's activities include the sale of Mercedes-Benz brand passenger, commercial, truck, bus, and special equipment, as well as technical service through authorized programs and qualified specialists.

Job description:

• Receiving customers and establishing a positive relationship with them;
• Gathering and recording all necessary information about the customer and their vehicle in the program;
• Ensuring timely reception of pre-recorded customers;
• Timely communication with the warranty service specialist in case of warranty claims;
• Agreement on non-standard cases with the direct supervisor;
• Identifying, searching, and verifying the availability of spare parts, as well as generating the corresponding report;
• Providing detailed information to customers about the services offered and preparing cost estimates;
• Controlling the agreed-upon service deadlines;
• Timely informing customers of any changes in deadlines, costs, or other procedures and implementing them only with their confirmation;
• Responding promptly to any customer dissatisfaction and taking necessary measures;
• Considering customer requests and preferences, and ensuring entry into the service territory if necessary (with relevant equipment);
• Providing detailed explanations to customers about the work performed and related costs, and presenting complete documentation;
• Informing customers about the next maintenance period;
• Performing other tasks and instructions from the supervisor related to the activity;
• Complete study of work programs (WIS/ASRA, EPC, LS Auto, etc.)

Languages:

• English
• Russian - knowledge of the language at a communicative level.

Computer programs:

• Knowledge of office programs: Word, Excel

Requirements:

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of vehicle structure details is mandatory;
• Driving license (Category B)
