Public Procurement Manager

Company LLC "State Food Supply" announces a vacancy for the position of Public Procurement Specialist in Tbilisi.

Main requirements:

** Higher education (Business Administration / Economics / Law);

** Priority will be given to those with experience in public procurement;

** Knowledge of public procurement legislation and regulatory acts;

** Analytical thinking and experience working with data;

** Knowledge of foreign languages - English, Russian is a priority;

** Proficiency in office programs.

Function-responsibilities:

** Organization, coordination, management of preparatory work for public procurement, direct procurement procedures and processes, and participation in preparing draft documents for procurement;

** Preparation of relevant documentation based on the decisions of the Tender Commission and participation in conducting electronic tenders for public procurement;

** Preparation of relevant documentation based on the decisions of the "Commission for the Purchase of Goods in a Special Way and the Commission's Apparatus";

** Market research and analysis, selection of procurement methods, and preparation of relevant documentation;

** Participation in conducting tender / competition procedures, preparation of protocols, etc.

** Preparation of various types of documentation (report card, letter, etc.);

** Preparation and ensuring the signing of contract drafts;

** Timely, quality and effective execution of tasks / instructions received from the direct supervisor;
