Construction Project Manager

"Biografi Living" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Project Manager in Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities:

** Management of the full project cycle; ** Participation in the revision and approval of project drawings; ** Involvement in the preparation of tender documentation, detailed technical/financial analysis of the conducted tender and risk assessment; ** Development and control of the scope of work, budgets and deadlines to be performed in the project; ** Ensuring strict adherence to the agreed budget; ** Development, agreement, update and implementation of the project execution plan and procedures; ** Coordination of contractors, subcontractors and all other parties involved in the project; ** Ensuring and managing the project scope of work and the schedule of works within the established deadlines; ** Verification, analysis and confirmation of the monthly form 2 submitted by the contractor company from the total cost estimate; ** Analysis of issues arising within the project and adequate response; ** Risk assessment, identification and management; ** Project monitoring and reporting, analysis of ongoing processes and decision-making; ** Strict control of project safety standards and environmental protection measures.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines; ** Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum); ** Desirable: PMP/PRINCE2 certificate; ** Knowledge of programs: MS Project (good level); AutoCAD, ArchiCAD (basic knowledge); Excel (good level); MS Office; ** Ability to read construction drawings (construction, architecture, MEP); ** Georgian (fluent); ** English language proficiency at B2 level.

Work experience: at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in real estate development or construction project management.
