Sales Manager

Real estate company "Target Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

Company Overview: "Target Group" is a development-oriented real estate company that actively operates in the local and international markets. The company specializes in real estate sales, partnership negotiations, and the search and realization of commercial objects, providing fast, efficient, and result-oriented services.

Working Conditions:

** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, working hours: 11:00-19:00; weekends: days off (must be online on days off)

** Salary: 2000 GEL (fixed + commission system)

** Location: Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi, Marshal Gelovani Avenue N13

** Key Requirements: fluent English (mandatory); ** experience in sales or B2B negotiations is desirable; ** high ability to communicate and conduct negotiations;

** result-oriented and active sales skills;

** basic knowledge of office computer programs;

** high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

** finding B2B partners and conducting negotiations with them;

** managing real estate sales in the Georgian-speaking market;

** finding new clients and commercial objects;

** preparing and presenting commercial offers;

** planning meetings and fully managing the sales process;

** working with the database and reporting.
