Company ADSS PRINT announces a vacancy for an Account Manager (Client Service Manager) position.

Location: Tbilisi, Tskneti Highway #20 (Bagebi territory)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Remuneration: according to experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Effective service of existing clients and development of long-term relationships with them;
• Receiving new orders, detailed study of client needs and requirements;
• Offering relevant advertising and production solutions to the client;
• Full coordination of projects with design, production, and installation teams;
• Constant control of the work process, deadlines, and quality of execution;
• Active communication with the client at all stages of the project;
• Preparation of commercial offers and prices;
• Organization of meetings and presentations with clients if necessary;
• Timely resolution of organizational and operational issues related to projects;
• Coordination of the process of handing over completed projects;
• Effective management of several projects simultaneously;
• Ensuring high standards of company services and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar direction;
• Experience working in the advertising field (advertising agency, outdoor advertising, branding, advertising production, or related field) is necessary;
• Experience in effective communication and negotiation with clients;
• Experience in preparing commercial offers and prices;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on several projects simultaneously;
• Teamwork and effective communication skills;
• Result-oriented and proactive attitude;
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
