Call Center Operator

Clinic "Premium Medservice" is announcing a vacancy for a Call Center Operator position in Tbilisi.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls;

• Interacting with clients (providing necessary information to clients via phone);

• Working with the program;

• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Higher medical education (medicine, healthcare, pharmacy) is desirable;

• At least one year of work experience is desirable;

• Conversational and reading/writing skills in English and Russian are desirable;

• Ability to work on a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);

• Ability to work in a stressful environment;

• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility.

Remuneration: negotiable (dependent on the candidate's qualifications)

Work schedule: negotiable, Monday to Sunday;
