The Mental Health and Substance Addiction Prevention Center is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Procurement Service in Tbilisi.

The Mental Health and Substance Addiction Prevention Center is a leading state medical institution in the field, which plays a significant role in the medical sector. It works in both outpatient and inpatient treatment in the field of mental health and substance addiction prevention. It implements state programs in both psychiatric and narcological fields.

Main requirements: - Higher education;

Main responsibilities: - Implementation of public procurement procedures in the unified electronic system of public procurement (preparation and announcement of electronic tenders; - Implementation of procurement procedures due to urgent necessity; registration of the annual plan and making corrections in the plan; - Preparation of tender documentation/statements; contracts and acts of acceptance and delivery for the purpose of electronic public procurement and simplified procurement; - Preparation of draft agreements on changes, if necessary, and uploading/registration in the unified electronic system of public procurement; - Organization of meetings of the tender commission and preparation of draft protocols of the meetings; - Conducting negotiations with participating parties of the procurement; - Processing statistical data and reflecting it in relevant reports within the competence; - Agreement of corrected plans with "Medical Holding of Georgia" and preparation of relevant letters; - Registration of transferred funds to companies in the unified electronic system of public procurement;
