Tabla Nova announces a vacancy for a Sales Manager position on a full-time basis.

Job Description Define the sales strategy in the retail and HoReCa direction and develop an appropriate calendar action plan

Retail direction (direct and online sales): - Communication with category managers on the following issues: - Finding new sales channels - Selection/registration of assortment, prices, and promotional events - Supply and payment terms - Registration of new products - Planning and organization of deliveries in the context of retail outlets

Internal processes: Analysis of sales and balances in the context of networks/sales points, control of stocks and plans, determination of strategy Reporting to the immediate supervisor

HoReCa direction: - Constant communication with existing customers - Search for potential consumers - Providing customers with comprehensive information about the product and service, consulting, presenting, and effectively conducting negotiations - Receiving, administering, and monitoring individual orders - Customer base management, research of the potential customer market - Reporting to the immediate supervisor - Participation in planning marketing activities and offering to customers

Probation period: 2 months It is assumed that with an increase in workload and sector organization, recruitment of subordinate staff will be carried out
