Qualification Requirements and Skills: - Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or similar fields); - Experience working as a Project Manager; - Experience working on construction and/or engineering projects; - Knowledge of project management, experience working with document management systems, budget planning, and cost control; - Professional knowledge of computer and office programs (MS Office, Excel, project management systems); - Ability to read technical and project drawings; - Professional English language skills (conversational and written); - Teamwork skills; - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks; - High sense of responsibility, attention to detail; - Good communication and coordination skills; - Logical and analytical thinking; - Motivation for professional development and continuous knowledge update.
