Location: Ketevan Tsamrebuli Avenue #44/3, Tbilisi, Georgia Schedule: Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00 Work Schedule: Full-time Remuneration: Fixed salary + quarterly bonus
Main functions and responsibilities: - Planning and implementation of projects together with the engineering team according to established procedures. - Technical analysis of the project (including construction) and site inspection, measurement, and preparation of drawings. - Management of the entire project cycle, preparation of preliminary schedules, and determination of deadlines. - Preparation of technical tasks, compilation of installation plans and schedules, and cost estimates. - Verification and confirmation of the technical part of the project. - Timely communication and control with relevant departments. - Preparation of project reports and periodic reporting.
Qualification requirements: - Higher education in construction or mechanical engineering; - Experience in construction/engineering project planning; - Knowledge and experience of working with AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD (e.g., object assessment, measurement, drawing, etc.); - Knowledge and experience of working with MS Project is desirable; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages; - Knowledge of office computer programs.
