SINSAY Store Manager

The company "LPP Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of SINSAY Store Manager in the city of Batumi.

Main responsibilities of the position:

To organize the full work of the store to achieve sales and set goals; To lead and develop the team: planning schedules, redistributing tasks, training and motivating employees; To ensure visual merchandising, service, and operational process standards; To control inventory, monitor product availability, and turnover; To analyze key store indicators (revenue, conversion, average check, loss) and initiate improvements; To ensure reporting accuracy, budget control, and loss prevention; To prepare the store for audits, inventories, and security checks; To professionally represent the company in internal and external relations; To comply with labor laws, health, and safety regulations, and internal regulations; To participate in the opening of new stores and the implementation of company strategies.

Qualification requirements and skills:

Higher or professional education; At least 2 years of experience as a store manager with a team of 5+ people; Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills; Knowledge of sales analysis, team management, and retail operations; Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and customer service standards; Computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, and retail reporting); English language - at least Intermediate level; Developed communication and conflict management skills.

Additional information:

Salary: 1800-2000 GEL (depending on experience); Workplace: Batumi, Black Sea (address: Tabel-Abuseridze St. 20); Work schedule: Full-time.
