LLC "SkyTel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Support Operator.

Position - Technical Support Operator

Direct Supervision - Head of Technical Support Group

Workplace - Tbilisi, Guramishvili #23a

Schedule - Shift schedule (including night shifts)

I day - 18:00-01:00 (taxi service provided during this shift)

II day - 17:00-22:00

III day - 10:00-18:00

IV day - 09:00-17:00

V day - Day off

Remuneration - 1000 GEL + bonus (after 3 months, 1200 GEL + bonus)

Training period - 3 weeks (unpaid)

Function - Responsibilities:

• Receiving user calls, identifying problems, and resolving them within the scope of competence;
• Redirecting technical issues to the relevant department for resolution;
• Informing users about the timing of technical issue resolution;
• Informing users about general service conditions;
• Recording changes in the database according to established procedures;
• Participating in the orientation program as needed, training new employees/interns at the workplace;
• Performing additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of competence

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, politeness, and correctness during service;
• Adhering to service standards and instructions;
• Protecting confidential information related to the company and subscribers;
• Staying updated on company news and in-depth knowledge of existing and new products.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology and/or Telecommunications is desirable;
• At least 6 months of work experience in telecommunications and/or information technology is desirable;
• Knowledge of operating systems and computer networks;
• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Communication-level knowledge of Russian and English languages;

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to interact with users;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical skills;
• Problem-solving skills (within the scope of competence);
