Sales Manager

The medical products importer company "Medcore" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

The company "Medcore" has been successfully operating on the Georgian market since 2014 and offers innovative and modern products to the healthcare sector in the fields of medicine, dentistry, and aesthetic medicine.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Mitskevichi St. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00-19:00 Remuneration: on average 2,500 - 3,000 GEL (including bonus)

Main functions and responsibilities:

** In-depth study of the company's product range, technical characteristics, and usage specifics;

** Planning, organizing, and developing business relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical institutions, and relevant profile doctors;

** Effective presentation of the company's products, provision of consultations, and conducting negotiations;

** Finding new clients, forming partnership relationships, and developing the existing client base;

** Fulfillment of the sales plan and constant monitoring of sales results;

** Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and customer needs, processing relevant information, and submitting recommendations;

** Collecting, analyzing, and ensuring adequate response to customer feedback;

** Offering new initiatives to improve sales growth and business processes;

** Representation of the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and other professional events;

** Performance of other functions and responsibilities related to the position, within the competence, at the direct supervisor's request.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education (preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related fields);

** Experience in retail or corporate sales, service, banking, or insurance;

** Experience in sales in the medical field is desirable;

** Knowledge of English and/or Russian is desirable;

** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;

** Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

** Result-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and ability to manage time effectively;

** Ability to attract new clients and develop long-term partnership relationships.
