Position: Tourism Manager/Customer Relationship Manager Location: Tbilisi | onsite

Riviera Group DMC Georgia is a receiving tour operator company operating in Georgia since 2013. Our main directions are receiving and servicing foreign tourists, individual and group tours, VIP segment and organizing trips across Georgia.

At this stage, we are looking for a strong, responsible and communicative manager who wants to develop in the tourism field and become a member of our team.

Main responsibilities:

Work on incoming requests from the company's clients and partners Selection and booking of hotels, transfers, excursions and other tourist services Creation of individual tourist programs in Georgia and calculation of their cost Providing consultations to clients on destinations, hotels and tourist opportunities in Georgia Production of bookings and internal documentation Full control of the application from its receipt to the completion of the tourist's trip Communication with hotels, guides, transport companies and other partners Operational resolution of issues arising in the process of servicing tourists Maintaining high standards of the company's service

Who we are looking for:

Experience in the tourism field will be considered a significant advantage Good knowledge of Georgia, main tourist regions, resorts and attractions Fluent knowledge of Russian is mandatory Knowledge of Georgian and English will be considered an advantage Ability to use a computer, office programs and modern messengers Ability to quickly master new programs and booking systems Correct written and oral communication Ability to work on several requests at the same time and correctly prioritize Responsibility, organization and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions within the scope of your competence

We need a person who understands that tourism is not just selling a tour. It is responsibility before the guest, quick response, attention to detail and the ability to find the right solution in non-standard situations.
