Position Description

The Head of Financial Audit Department will lead the department, ensure the quality of audits and compliance with international standards, and actively participate in the company's strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Financial Audit Department;

• Plan audits, assess risks, and provide methodological supervision;

• Ensure compliance with international audit standards (ISA) and audit quality;

• Lead, mentor, and promote the professional development of the team;

• Manage client relationships and coordinate key projects;

• Control the quality of audit conclusions and reports;

• Improve internal processes and efficiency of the department;

• Coordinate relationships with SARAS and other relevant authorities as needed.

Qualification Requirements

• Registered auditor status with SARAS, with the authority to conduct mandatory audits (mandatory);

• At least 5 years of experience in financial audit;

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;

• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field;

• In-depth knowledge of international audit standards (ISA);

• Fluent English language skills.

Desirable

• ACCA certificate;

• Experience working in an international audit firm;

• Experience in team expansion and internal process development.
