Address: Tbilisi, R. Lagidze N8 Working hours: Monday-Friday - 10:00 -18:00, Saturday - 10:00-14:00

Key responsibilities and duties: - Insured persons' reception and service: identification of the insured person, submission of documents if necessary, including settlement of cases within the delegation; - Presentation of all necessary documentation: notification of discussed cases to the insured person via e-mail or phone; - Identification of incompletely submitted documentation by the insured person and identification of deficiencies, requesting additional documents on-site, as well as requesting additional documentation after discussion if necessary; - Organization, classification, and systematization of discussed documentation in chronological order in relevant folders; - Reporting to the immediate supervisor in the established form and periodicity;

Requirements: - Higher medical education; - Knowledge of computer office programs; - Fluency in foreign languages (minimum level B1/B2) is desirable; - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the insurance/medical field is desirable;
