Job: Very Small Business Client Advisor (Tbilisi)
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and sharing of the bank's corporate values and business philosophy
- Working in a group and establishing open and positive relationships with colleagues
- Participation in activities aimed at achieving the branch's overall goal
- Active development of own professional skills through:
- Professional training
- Open discussion of issues
- Coaching by the direct supervisor
- Performing the functions of the first contact person in the bank for very small business clients
- Identification and attraction of potential very small business clients
- Creation and growth of the business portfolio
- Ensuring a high level of client service
- Implementation of set plans
- Regular monitoring of the business portfolio, regular provision of information to clients in the portfolio about existing and new banking products
- Conducting social and financial analysis of clients and assessing credit risks and client solvency
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
