Cloud Solutions Presales Engineer

We are announcing a vacancy for a Cloud Solutions Presales Engineer position at UGT.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who will lead the process of selecting cloud services that meet the needs and requirements of our customers, collaborate with the sales team, and provide technical support for solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UGT's cloud services and participate in the development of new services and products.

Today, we successfully implement solutions tailored to various sectors not only in the classical IT direction but also in areas such as electricity and building management, payment and cash processing, video monitoring, solar energy, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and requirements and develop solutions using UGT cloud products and services;
• Prepare the technological and functional part of the offer and present it to customers;
• Collaborate with the company's sales representatives and support them in convincing customers to purchase UGT cloud services;
• Participate in the development and improvement of UGT Cloud products and template solutions, and create technical content for marketing activities.

Professional Skills/Requirements:

• Good knowledge of IT system and infrastructure setup: servers, data storage, networks, virtualization, data backup, security;
• Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP...);

Languages:

• Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English;
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

Work Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience working as an IT system/network administrator or IT manager;
• Alternatively, experience working as a presales engineer in an IT company is allowed.

Competencies:

• Effective communication skills;
• Ability to easily acquire new technologies and knowledge;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Responsibility.
