Receptionist

"Bazzar Boutique Hotel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of a Receptionist.

Remuneration and conditions:

• 1,100 GEL (net salary);

• Bonus;

• Health insurance;

• Meals;

• Uniform provision.

Schedule:

• 4 working days, 4 days off (flexible schedule);

• 12-hour day and night shifts (2 days, 2 nights).

Job description:

• Guest reception and accommodation (check-in);

• Guest check-out from the hotel;

• Managing guest requests and problems;

• Managing guest accounts;

• Responsibility for communication between departments;

• Receiving and redirecting internal and external calls;

• Electronic correspondence;

• Receiving room reservations;

• Ensuring sanitary and hygienic norms;

• Monitoring working inventory and equipment, reporting in case of malfunction.

Basic requirements:

• High sense of responsibility;

• Attention to detail;

• High level of English language proficiency;

• Knowledge of Russian is desirable.
