HR Generalist

HR consulting company Bound Solutions, which offers comprehensive HR support to companies - from strategy to daily operational processes, is announcing a vacancy for the position of HR Generalist, who will ensure the support of human resource processes and the organized execution of HR operations. Position: HR Generalist Salary: 2,000 GEL (NET) Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday (10:00-19:00)

Key responsibilities: - Preparation and support of HR documents (labor contracts, orders, job descriptions, internal policies, etc.); - Processing/approval of documents, ensuring signatures and archiving; - Preparation and control of payroll data; - Monthly production of working time recording forms (table) and control of data accuracy; - Management of HR processes in accordance with labor legislation requirements; - Management and constant updating of employees' personal files and HR documentation; - Promotion of employee motivation through internal activities and feedback; - Implementation and support of HR programs and systems (HR SOFT); - Collection, analysis and reporting of HR data; - Management of daily HR processes, including active support of individual stages of recruitment.

Qualification requirements: - At least 2 years of experience working in the HR field; - Practical experience in employee administration and HR processes; - Experience working with HR databases; - Effective communication and negotiation skills; - Experience working with HR systems will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge and practical experience of MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word); - Complete knowledge and practical experience of Georgian labor legislation; - English language skills; - Attention to detail and high responsibility for managing confidential information; - Communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
