Specialist in Academic Process Management

LLC Black Sea International University announces a vacancy for the position of Specialist in Academic Process Management.

Workplace: Tbilisi, D. Archaghebeli Alley, 13th km. #2;

Work Schedule: Full-time

Main Function/Responsibilities:

• Support administrative processes related to planning and organizing the academic process;

• Process, systematize, and reflect information related to the academic process in relevant electronic systems/portal;

• Process and update data related to academic schedules, courses, students, and academic/invited staff;

• Participate in the organization and administration of exams;

• Prepare information related to exams and inform students and academic/invited staff;

• Prepare, process, and record documentation related to the academic process and exams;

• Effective communication with students, academic/invited staff, and relevant structural units of the university;

• Provide information on issues within the department's competence and participate in coordinating relevant processes;

• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the position's competence.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Computer programs - MS Office;

• English language - B2+ level;

• At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant or administrative position (experience working in the field of higher education will be considered an advantage).
