Job Responsibilities - Manage the company's fleet of vehicles (cash-in-transit, trucks, and passenger cars) efficiently; - Control the technical condition of the fleet and organize maintenance processes; - Coordinate the processes of equipping, moving, and installing special devices in vehicles. - Instruct drivers on technical and procedural issues.

Technical Service Management - Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance; - Manage unscheduled repairs and control their record-keeping; - Monitor vehicle performance and readiness indicators; - Organize the transportation of vehicles to regions and service centers.

Fuel and Cost Management - Analyze and monitor fuel consumption; - Control and optimize fleet-related costs; - Develop a cost analysis and reporting system; - Develop and implement initiatives to increase cost efficiency.

Contractor Management - Manage relationships with service centers, suppliers of spare parts and services, insurance companies, and other contractors; - Manage the process of vehicle warranty service and ensure timely processing of relevant cases; - Coordinate the process of managing insurance cases, interacting with insurance companies, and controlling the process of loss compensation; - Analyze costs and efficiency related to warranty and insurance services; - Control service quality and SLA performance;

Permit Management - Organize and control the process of obtaining necessary permits, passes, and other regulatory documents for special-purpose vehicles; - Coordinate interactions with relevant government agencies and partner organizations; - Monitor compliance with permit-related requirements.

Process and Quality Management - Constant improvement of car fleet management processes; - Monitoring and analysis of KPIs; - Control of data accuracy and recording processes in internal systems; - Initiation of process automation and digital tool implementation; - Identification of risks and planning of preventive measures.

Reporting and Analytics - Preparation of periodic reports for management; - Supporting decision-making based on data analysis; - Analysis of costs, damages, fuel consumption, and car fleet efficiency indicators.

Management and Development of the Subordinate Team - Planning, coordination, and supervision of the activities of the transport service employees; - Effective redistribution of functions and responsibilities among team members; - Determination of goals and performance indicators (KPIs) for employees, performance evaluation, and provision of feedback; - Ensuring the improvement of team efficiency, productivity, and service quality;

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in engineering, business administration, logistics, or related fields); - At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a car fleet, auto-technical work, logistics, or technical operations; - Knowledge of car fleet principles; - Knowledge of technical service and service processes; - Cost analysis and KPI management; - Knowledge of office programs (MS OFFICE);
