LLC "Skytel" is announcing a vacancy for a Contact Center Operator position.

Direct supervision - Contact Center Group Leader

Employment location - Tbilisi, Guramishvili #23a

Schedule - Shift schedule

Working hours:

I day - 18:00-00:00 (taxi service is provided during this shift)

II day - 17:00-22:00

III day - 10:00 - 18:00

IV day - 09:00-17:00

V day - Day off

Remuneration - 900 GEL + bonus

Training period: 3 weeks (unpaid)

Function - Responsibilities:

** Receiving and serving customer phone calls;

** Providing information about company products, procedures, tariffs, and current debt;

** Introducing and offering company products to customers;

** Registering customer requests and applications for company products in the database;

** Providing relevant information based on customer needs and redirecting to the technical group if necessary;

** Performing additional tasks from the supervisor within the scope of competence

Responsibilities:

** Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, politeness, and correctness during service;

** Adhering to service standards and instructions;

** Protecting confidential information related to the company and subscribers;

** Staying updated on company news and in-depth knowledge of existing and new products.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education is desirable;

** Experience in a similar position or experience in the service sector, particularly in customer relations, is desirable;

** Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language is required;

** Knowledge of Russian and English at a communicative level.

** Ability to interact with customers;

** Good communication skills;

** Attention to detail;

** Analytical skills;

** Problem-solving skills (within the scope of competence).
