Work schedule: Full-time, in shifts
Responsibilities:
Performing sales, product movement, and other electronic operations; Posting received orders in the 1C program; Working with electronic consignment notes (RS.ge); Ensuring cash and non-cash settlements, following relevant procedures for installment/transfer settlements; Preparing financial documentation for product returns; Issuing warranty contracts; Monitoring and responding to emails received at the branch; Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, based on the position and competencies.
Verifying data entered by employees into the program at the end of each working day (comparing data in the cash register, office program, and Excel program) and correcting them.
Requirements:
Higher and/or professional education; Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a conversational level will be considered an advantage.
