Sales Manager

HR outsourcing company "One Point" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager for a partner company.

** Industry: Import and sale of interior accessories

** Work location: Tbilisi

** Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00

** Subordination: The position reports to the Director

The employer company is an importer of door accessories, offering high-quality door handles, locks, cylinders, and other accessories for residential and commercial properties.

Position description:

The retail showroom Sales Manager is the face of the company and an expert in premium products, effectively presenting the product value and ensuring complete management of the sales process. Identifies customer needs and successfully closes deals.

Key responsibilities:

** Meeting, consulting, and closing deals with showroom visitors; ** Processing incoming leads from all channels (social media, phone calls); ** Identifying technical customer needs (opening sizes, opening types, finishes); ** Calculating complex specifications, preparing calculations in Excel, and commercial proposals; ** Full support of transactions: agreeing on configurations with supporting masters/designers, signing contracts, controlling advance and final payments; ** Building long-term partnerships with interior designers and architects; ** Visiting sites to verify measurements and meet with partners on-site as needed; ** Working with both end customers (B2C) and interior designers, architects, supporting masters, and construction companies (B2B).

Requirements and necessary skills:

** At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position; ** Experience working with interior designers and architects; ** Ability to read basic drawings and door opening plans; ** Basic knowledge of construction principles; ** Russian language - working level; ** Effective communication skills; ** Result-oriented, proactive, and high motivation for sales; ** High attention to detail and organization.
