Micro Business Banker

We are looking for a Micro Business Banker to join our team at the Terabank branch in Dedoplistskaro.

This vacancy is for you if:

** You have negotiation, sales, critical and analytical thinking skills;

** You are communicative and detail-oriented;

** You can work in a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

** Attracting/retaining micro and small segment clients and providing them with high-quality service;

** Processing micro and small segment loans, conducting financial analysis, approval, and disbursement;

** Ensuring the implementation of an individual plan, growth, and quality of the credit portfolio.

If you have the necessary knowledge and qualifications:

** Higher education (preferably in banking, finance, or economics);

** At least 1 year of experience working with business clients in the banking/finance sector;

** Ability to analyze complex financial data and statements;

** High-level knowledge of office computer programs (including Excel).
